JNICC YOGA Teacher's Certificate Course

All new/old yoga students are hereby informed that JNICC decided to confer an official JNICC yoga teacher's certificates.
The certificates will be conferred only after the completion of the yoga teacher training from JNICC.
The course will be for 6 months starting from July to December 2009.
There will be regular classes for the course in all 6 subjects.
The final yoga teacher's list will be prepared only after passing the written and practical examinations in december 2009.

This is the first time in the history of JNICC, jakarta that an official yoga teacher's certificates for eligible yoga students for their future yoga career.
The certificate will be valid through out the world as it is an govt. of Indian Yoga certificate.

There will be the theory and practical examinations at the end of this year.
The regular yoga classes are now separated by a first launch of Yoga teacher's certificate course.
All old students must re-register their names for the course.
All teachers must be familiar on the online for the theory class guidelines with Guru Yoga.

6-month YOGA TEACHER'S CERTIFICATE COURSE
Course fees: IDR 6,00,000/- for entire course (IDR 1,00,000/- for registration)
Class style: Theory and Practical (daily for 2 hours)

Syllabus subjects:
1) HUMAN ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
2) Indian yogic Philosophy
3) yoga Therapy for all diseases
4) ASHTANGA YOGA (hatha yoga & ashtanga yoga)

Classes days: TUE, WED, THU, FRI & SAT
Theory Online classes include theory yoga material and yoga videos, yoga text documents and pictures etc...
Course Starts on 1st July 2009
Course Ends on  29th December 2009
Theory Examination 30th December 2009
Practical Examination 31st December 2009.
Conferring the Certificates on 26th January 2010 at Indian Republic Day.
Selection: ONLY Passing year end examinations in December 2009.

Yoga

Jawaharlal Nehru Indian cultural centre (JNICC), embassy of India, Jakarta has been conducting Yoga classes for the last 20 years in the city of Jakarta. We are imparting Basic, Intermediate and advance yoga classes. More than 4000 students so far have learnt yoga from JNICC. Our yoga teachers have been highly skilled and professionals whose students have taken to running various professional yoga centers in the city.
With our present yoga teacher Mr. Ravindranath Vempati, a yogic medical scholar from Gujarat Ayurved University, the only university in the world which is exclusively devoted for the ancient Indian medical sciences we propose to conduct various yoga workshops and Yoga health care programmes (YHC) which include the following:

1) Yoga for Corporate stress management (corporate yoga)
2) Yoga for all health problems (including chronic medical problems)
3) Yoga for children (kids yoga)
4) Yoga for house wives (women yoga)
5) Yoga for pregnant period (prenatal yoga)
6) Yoga for occupational problems (ergo yoga)
7) Yoga for fitness (Body balance Yoga)
8) Yoga for students(to increase concentration, memory power and grasping powers)
9) Yoga for prisoners
10) Yoga for addicts (narcotic yoga)

We are willing to give a lecture cum demonstration along with the training at various locations in Jakarta and towns, cities and institutions of Indonesia to promote yoga awareness among Indonesians. Yoga is not a religion but a language which can communicate through the mind and body in a silent way.
